ITB Interior OÜ is the data controller for personal data handled through this website.
What we process
When you use the project form, we process your name, email address, role, project location, preferred website language, source page and the description you provide. Website and security logs may temporarily contain technical data such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access. We do not store your IP address with the enquiry record.
Why we process it
Enquiry data is used to reply and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may retain business correspondence and operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interests. Analytics is used only with your consent and only on the production website.
Service providers and transfers
Data may be handled by our hosting, email and IT providers acting for us. Cloudflare provides the form endpoint, abuse protection, encrypted database and protected administration access. After analytics consent, website usage data may also be handled by Google. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or other lawful safeguards. Retention
Enquiries are normally kept for 24 months after the last meaningful contact and are then deleted automatically. If an enquiry leads to a contract or dispute, relevant records may be retained for the applicable contractual or statutory period. Technical and security logs are retained only as long as needed to operate and protect the service or investigate an incident.
Your choices and rights
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details to reply. We do not use the website data described here for automated decision-making or profiling.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact ITB@ITB.EE. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Form and administration security
Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals to protect the project form from automated abuse. Administration access is restricted to approved email addresses through Cloudflare Access and requires an additional authentication factor. Enquiry data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and administrative actions are logged.
